Hi Jade-
Nice to see you posting. I find that even with GD the waterline is hard to get lasting results. I do find that the Monave pencils work well for lining this way- obviously they aren't 100% minerals but since you are mixing with GD it's pretty much the same right? I use the white one all the time and also got Espresso for those days when I want liner but really don't have time to fuss. HTH
Hi Jade! I have this issue too. Looking forward to what recs/yips you get. I do find pencil works better for me than mineral on my waterline, but even then, it usually gets 'eaten'
I don't use mineral to line the waterline because I know it'll smudge. Even pencils smudge. The only thing that doesn't smuge on me is Loreal's H.I.P. Cream Liners and Indelible Gel Liners. Those aren't mineral though.
Jade, I find that minerals reaaaally don't hold up well on the waterline. I don't really bother anymore. However, you might want to try Pure Luxe's Luxurious Lining Gel, which is like a gel version of GD. It had pretty good lasting power when I tried it but I didn't use it on my waterline, so I'm not too sure about how that would go. Do you *have* to use minerals? Cos like LadyTee mentioned, cream/gel non-mmu liners or a good kohl pencil are great for waterlines, especially in humid Malaysian weather.
I can't line along the waterline with anything...my eyes will just get bloodshot and irritated...then the liner ends up gathering up at the corners of my eyes. I enjoy using Jane Iredale eye pencils, when I want a very thin line that is "close" to the waterline & it lasts very well and the ingredients are pretty nice. =) Sorry, that wasn't of much help.
Use Kohl! Lol. really, it stays, and gawd, so hard to remove. Hehe.

I tried with my waterline (not sure if I did it right though), and then I just smudged it with a brush to make it look "softer", and it lasted. I just use a cheapie kohl from Mydin, got it for RM2!
Thank you for all the tips and suggestions, everyone! I guess I probably won't try lining my waterline with minerals again! I wish I could try out all the suggestions here but probably the most easily accessible and affordable option for me right now is to hunt down some kohl. I guess at the end of the day, the Indians and Middle Easterns have got it right ;)
